What we sell

Completion Cards are custom, hand-made printed collectible cards based on your Steam achievement data. Each card is made-to-order and personalized to your Steam profile. No two orders are alike.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in EUR during checkout. Shipping costs depend on your destination. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are locked at the price shown at checkout.

Payment & fulfillment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of your order. Cards are generated and printed after payment is confirmed. Your Steam profile data at the time of printing is the source of truth - if a game's achievement list changes between your order and printing, we may need to cancel and refund the affected cards.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Article L221-28), personalized and custom-made goods are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right. Since every card is generated specifically for your Steam profile, orders cannot be returned once paid.

That said, if you need to adjust your order before printing, feel free to contact us by email and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel and fully refund part or all of an order if we are unable to fulfill it. For example, if a game's achievement list changes before we can print your cards, the affected cards will be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping

All cards are made and shipped from France. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once the package is handed to the carrier, the shipment is under the carrier's responsibility.

Issues with your order

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll review each situation individually. We can't guarantee a replacement or refund, but we'll work with you to find a fair solution.
